NASHVILLE, TN (September 26, 2013) – Country star Colt Ford hosted his second annual Colt Ford & Friends Celebrity Golf Classic this past weekend at the luxurious Château Élan Winery & Resort just outside Atlanta, GA. Great American Country (GAC) was on location capturing every entertaining moment for this weekend’s edition of “Top 20 Country Countdown.” Tune in to GAC starting Friday, September 27 at 8pm ET/7pm CT to catch Colt and his friends teeing off!

Proceeds of this annual event, which included a celebrity long-drive competition, silent auction, and an All-Star Jam, will go to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Stars and celebrities that were on hand lending their support to the cause included Charles Kelley from Lady Antebellum, Jamey Johnson, John Michael Montgomery, Josh Kelley, Craig Campbell, Ira Dean, Larry the Cable Guy, Laura Bell Bundy, LoCash Cowboys, The LACS, Tyler Farr, and others. Celebs from the sports world who attended included Chipper Jones (MLB), Brian Finneran (NFL), PGA golfers Billy Horschel, Boo Weekley, Dustin Johnson, Scott Brown, Tommy Gainey and William McGirt, to name a few.
